Description of my issue:
I am trying to install a market place component called joobi jMarket. Apparently they have identified issues with one-click action and what i suspect is something in Admin Tools .htaccess blocking access to external sites. Can you shed any light?

Hello David,
We looked into your site.
First there was a problem with one of you r plugin, called : System - One Click Action
this plugin was changing the parameters in the URL and therefore break our URLs.
So that is the first problem solved. And it now went further.
However it seems there is some kind of protection on your site so we can't connect to the external site.
Do you have some kind of firewall on your site?
Or anything which limit access through XML-RPC to another website?
