Description of my issue:

I have downloaded Admin tools core and installed it. I have now purchased a subscription fot Admin Tools Pro but I cannot download it. It keeps saying I don't have permission to go to that page.

Please help

Downloaded and all was working fine, left the site for an hour or so and now I cannot log in to the backend
