Please go to Joomla!'s Extensions, Manage Extensions, Update and click on Purge Cache. Then click on Fetch. This should update Joomla!'s update version cache.

Please unpublish the Joomla! Update plugin. I am trying to reproduce the issue and fix it for the next release or completely remove that plugin.
