Description of my issue:
I have set up Admin Tools Pro so that after 5 attempts an ip address is blocked for 1 day (screenshot attached). Sometimes I get multiple email notifications for a single ip address within a very short timeframe (incomplete screenshot attached - more messages "off screen"). This happens with more than 1 site. The ip is logged once in the WAF Automatic Block list (screenshot attached). I am not picking up any intrusion issues.

Please advise if I need to change something to remedy this issue.

Additional information......

In the previous entry of this ticket lodged some 5 minutes ago, I identified an IP 66.249.85.10 being blocked (email message content screenshot attached). The email states that IP will be blocked until 2013-08-31 21:09:35 GMT (current time is 2013-08-31 00:09:35 GMT). I went back into Auto IP Blocking Administration and all of the previous entries (as noted in the previous part of this ticket) had been removed (I did not do this). There is a new entry from another attempt (screenshot attached).

Is this a "clock" issue?

I noticed that in the Auto Block list before it was "cleared" (original screenshot), the "Blocked until" time was 2013-08-29 19:23:14. As at "now" this had expired and therefore the block should be cleared. Therefore that part worked OK. I went back in my own email logs and found a single entry:

We would like to notify you that the IP address 66.249.85.10 is now blocked from accessing your site, My Boat 4 Sale, until 2013-08-29 19:23:14 GMT.

This email was dated 2013-08-29 05:23:00 (Australia - Sydney) so that all appears OK.
The subsequent attempts did not appear to create a Auto Block entry.

Go to Extensions, Manage Plugins And edit the System - Admin Tools plugin. You will find the option to clear old entries. Use a high value there, e.g. 5000.
