Description of my issue:
I am getting DFI Shield hits from the Russian Federation, however, I have the Russian Federation blocked in my GeoBlocking Feature. Does selecting continents AND individual countries conflict with each other?

In the GeoBlocking page you should see a blue button reading Update GeoIP.dat. Please click on it to update your geoip.dat file which will allow the GeoBlocking feature to work properly.

I have done this before the issue happened so I am confident that will not resolve the issue.

Does having Continents selected AS WELL as individual countries conflict?

No, selecting those options together doesn't cause any conflict. What I am thinking as that maybe PHP is reporting the wrong IP to MaxMind's code which is used for GeoBlocking. I'll have to look into that.
