Description of my issue: I am suddenly experiencing lockouts from my webserver, because the client I am using is trying to access port no 5222: Jul 29 11:03:35 cpanel3 kernel: [5367851.894132] Firewall: *TCP_IN Blocked* IN=bond0 OUT= MAC=78:2b:cb:73:f5:20:00:10:db:ff:10:01:08:00 SRC=91.117.65.32 DST=213.162.240.106 LEN=60 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=48 ID=25414 DF PROTO=TCP SPT=49813 DPT=5222 WINDOW=14600 RES=0x00 SYN URGP=0.

This started happening just after I installed AdminTools, so I am wondering whether the problem could be related to AdminTools in some way. Note: It happens on several different clients, including both Linux and Windows clients. It only happens when I am actively trying to access the admin part of the site from the client. Clients are protected by firewalls and anti-malware.

This issue is not related to Admin Tools (which only runs inside Joomla!, by definition, as it is a Joomla! extensions). We regret to inform you that we cannot provide support with third party products such as any operating-system firewall you have installed on your server.
