is there any way to change the frequency of the email notifications about updating joomla...
it is a great feature and Im glad its there, but between the multiple sites its driving me insane

one notice in 24 hours is plenty... not one an hour ( I know its not that frequent but is sure feels that way)

is there a setting somewhere some place I cant find to slow this down?

Description of my issue:

I cant speak for anyone else on this but I have multiple websites I use admin tools on &
as a result every 8 hours feels really excessive, 24 or 48 would be fine, or MOST preferably the option to be notified only once.

I had a business person I have it on their site in my face about the 9 emails they had over the weekend, and thats what got me asking.

I just leave the notification in my inbox and get to it when I can, I dont want to turn them off because I do find it to be a really valuable tool. but 3 emails every 24 hours x 20+ sites.... you can see how it would get old.

Can a one time announcement be an option down the road?

Would anyone else like to weigh in on this as an option you might like to see?
