Admin Tools version: (2.5.6)

Description of my issue:

Permissions Config tool not showing .htaccess & .htpasswd files and probably other “invisible files” as it was before.

This way I cannot apply a 444 on my .htaccess ????

444 is equivalent in 644. Even when a file is 0444 its owner can chmod it to 0644 and write to it. Every hacker knows that. It only slows them down for an amazing... 5 seconds.

Thanks Nicholas.

I will closed this one

It was possible on joomla 1.5 + AdminTools
Now I will have to go to my Server account to apply 444 as it seem to be impossible to apply on invisible file by an ftp program in this particular server (Bluehost)

Maybe if I cannot change (chmod) invisible file (like htaccess) on this server with an ftp program is because the security of those files are taking care off by Bluehost...

I‘m a little parano with security :)
