Description of my issue: after i updated my admin tools and akeeba backup the com_admin started to just show up as a blank page, i uninstalled, reinstalled via FTP also and it continues to show up with a blank page, tFatal error: Cannot redeclare class JDispatcher in /home3/company/public_html/website.com.au/libraries/joomla/event/dispatcher.php on line 279 error that shows up consistently, can you please help? I've tried all the already suggested solutions but cannot resolve the problem.
