Hi Nicholas,

In my WAF-settings I have blocked auto-banned IP adressses for 1 day. After that period these adresses are automaticly removed from the Autoban IP administration. Since the last update to 2.5.6 these IP-adresses are still on the list.
In the changelog I read: "Remove time penalty when blocking auto-banned IPs due to resource usage considerations". Does this mean I have to remove the IP-adresses myself after the blocking period or is there still an option available somewhere to automate this?

Greetings, Paul

These addresses will be removed automatically from the list. However this will only happen when an access from that IP is going on. Previously, if an access from any banned IP was detected the cleanup code would run. It doesn't any more. That's the change you read about in the changelog.
