Description of my issue:
Hi ! I just want to know if it is normal that my site is being attached ( I am receiving 20 to 30 email for security exceptions per day), even after implementing almost all the protocols in Admin Tools ? I am just worried that my site may be hacked any time soon.
Two major reasons for the security exceptions are 'admin Query', but mostly for template= in url.

I have been hacked 4 times in the past year, so you may understand my worries.

This is normal and what you describe is actually a very small amount of attacks against your site, blocked by Admin Tools. Larger sites, like ours, receive several hundreds to several thousands attempted attacks every single day. The blocking reasons you describe are in line with the methods most unskilled attackers (also known as "script kiddies") attempt. You needn't be worried about those emails, as they mean that Admin Tools was able to prevent these attacks.
