Description of my issue:
I set up Google Authenticator to work with my 2 joomla sites: greenwichai.com and dev.hedgefund.com. It worked at first, but now I am able to log in without entering the secret code.

You have entered your IP in the whitelist or one of the two allowed IP boxes in the Configure WAF page. If that's not the case you may be using an out of date version of PHP (in which case the plugin doesn't run at all and you have zero protection) or you have disabled / deleted the System - Admin Tools plugin.

Ok thanks thought that might be it. Is it mentioned in the documentation that adding your IP to the whitelist disables authentication? I didn't see it but maybe I missed it.
