Description of my issue:

This is an internal Joomla! error. You should normally be able to ignore it. After the update you can go to Extensions, Extensions Manager and click on the Database tab. Then click the Fix button and ignore any errors you might see (these are internal Joomla! errors in 2.5.11 and 3.1.1).

Please try posting your replies to the same ticket. It is extremely hard for me to track and help with issues if there are bits and pieces of information posted in different tickets.
