Error messages by pressing:
Admin tools> Tools> Clear the temporary directory

This is a message that is indicated in Admin tools

See attached picture

Nota : I just checked that it is impossible to empty the temporary directory if FTP is enabled in conguration.php.

These are permissions / ownership issues with the files in the temporary directory. Try deleting them with your host's control panel file manager or disable FTP and run the cleanup again.

Nota : I just checked that it is impossible to empty the temporary directory if FTP is enabled in conguration.php.

Is it possible to enable or disable a command in the htaccess dump the temporary directory with the active FTP?

In the FTP host infomaniak joomla works fine for installing components
