Description of my issue:
Am receiving this error message when trying to upgrade Joomla 2.5.9 to 2.5.11

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1169 bytes) in /home/glgl5511/public_html/administrator/components/com_admintools/helpers/download.php on line 168

You are running out of PHP memory (which is a number by far smaller than the total RAM on your server) while downloading the update file. Please ask your host to increase the memory_limit in their php.ini file to at least 64M.
