Joomla! version: 2.5
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: Open Source Host
Admin Tools version: 2.4.4

Description of my issue:

I installed the Admin Tools Pro version in the backend of my test site.No problem installing, but when I went to open the Admin tool window, I got a "Fatal Error: Call to undefined method FOFOnput::getCmd() in /home/p6r22468/public_html/maltman2/administrator/components/com_admintools/dispatcher.php on line 70

I tried installing twice and still got the error message. Note that I previously installed Admin tool core and had the same problem. Thanks

Hello,

please can you check your PHP version?
Looking at your issue, you should have PHP 5.2, while you need version 5.3 in order to use Akeeba products.
If you can't upgrade your version, take a look at the compatibility chart and download the version you need.

I am on PHP 5.2 and not 5.3. The version of Admin Tools Pro that I installed is 2.4.4 for joomla 2.5 - which I have used successfully on my other sites. Previously I might have installed the wrong version Admin tools Core - and then I uninstalled it. I then tried to install Admin Tools Pro 2.4.4 and got the error message attached. What else would you recommend?
I appreciate your help
thanks

I believe that you have installed Admin Tools 2.4.4 together with an old version of another one of our components, causing this issue. Please follow our troubleshooting instructions for this case.

3.4.3 is a very old version of Akeeba Backup. You need Akeeba Backup 3.7.6. Please follow the instructions I already linked to manually remove the files of all Akeeba extensions and install the latest releases.
