Description of my issue:

When I'm in Admin Tools and click Super Administor ID it tells me Congratulations! You are already using a secure Super Administrator ID. However it also shows this error message JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 42. What is this error about and will it cause any issues? See attached png file.

Just ignore that warning message. It seems that Joomla! does not give us a way to test if a user exists (and, if so, which groups he belongs to) unless we use JFactory::getUser(). The problem with this methid is that it throws the warning message you are reporting when the user does not exist. *sigh*
