Description of my issue:

When upgrading Joomla 2.5.9 to 2.5.10 an error occurs:
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL DB function failed with error number 1062

Despite of that the new version is 2.5.10.

What could be the reason? Can I ignore the error message?

the error is not fixed:

Warning: Database is not up to date!

Database schema version (in #__schemas): 2.5.9.
Update version (in #__extensions): 2.5.10.
Database driver: mysqli.
66 database changes were checked successfully.
31 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.
