Description of my issue:
On two different sites of mine now, when I go to login to the backend I have seen a new page pop up that I've never come across before. I've searched Google which produces no information except for a few Wordpress sites showing a similar screen.
I don't think it's Admin Tools showing the new page but I'm asking just in case it is or if anyone knows where it's from - basically it's a Captcha form with a message saying that an increased number of login attempts have been made and that I need to verify I'm human: (see image).
I do have Admin tools checking IPs and whitelisting and get the normal emails when an attempt at login is made. This has so far happened on a J2.5.9 & 2.5.10 site. I can't recall any extension I've installed that would be doing this, possibly sh404sef I suppose?
Any ideas?
