Where I downolad the : Admin Tools 2.3.2 ? I don't see a link

I hope the version ADMin tools 2.3.2 is the correct one but I do not see a Download link can you please guide me. thanks.

I suppose that you mean PHP version 5.2.11. Version 2.5.11 doesn't actually exist :) In your case you need to download Admin Tools 2.4.4, available from Admin Tools download page (scroll further down the page). It has a release date of Tuesday, 01 January 2013 11:42.
