Description of my issue:

Since installing Admin Tools Pro and activating all of the security features I have some odd things happening which I do not know how to correct, I can no longer go into Articles or modules, when I click on these to edit the page refreshes and it puts a padlock next to the article or module, I am able to go into Components though and things like K2 or Zoo to edit so it just seems to be modules and articles.

Everything was fine before setting up Admin tools so I think it has something to do with this?

I restored my website from a precious backup and everything is now working correctly again.
