Hi,
i am using joomla 1.5 and admin tools pro with option htaccess for administrator enabled, when i am using java upload for images at phocagallery in server responce i get 401 Authorization Required, even at java's dialog wich i can insert user and pass the result is the same, is there a way to make an exception at admin tools for that and finally use java uploader.

Thanks!!

You should please read our documentation about the back-end password protection feature. As noted in the documentation, if a component is trying to access anything in the back-end from the front-end you will get a 401 authorisation required error or a username / password box . Please note that this is how the web server works. You'll have to remove the .htaccess and .htpasswd files from the administrator directory. Also note that this is not linked to Admin Tools' .htaccess Maker feature. These two files are created by the administrator password protection feature.
