Description of my issue:

I have been trying to configure Admin Tools Professional and now after I am update to edit my index.php file. I can't access via the back-end admin or ftp. I can access FTP, but not save anything over what is there.

Please help I am a novice and this is probably my worst nightware - a blank website page for my customer! No index page with '0' content!...Please help asap.

Admin Tools cannot possibly block FTP access to your website. I believe that what you have is a file ownership/permissions issue. Please ask your host to change the ownership of the files so that you can edit them by FTP. They are the only ones who can do it because that requires having root (administrator) access to the server (not the site, the actual server where the site is hosted on).
