Description of my issue:

Hello, after restoring of my Akeeba Backup (from live server to XAMPP) the frontend shows the message: I said no cheating!

When I deactivate Admin Tools the frontend is correct.

By the way: the backend is visible and ok.

Please turn off the Bad Behaviour integration in Admin Tools. FWIW, Bad Behaviour will be removed from future versions of Admin Tools.

Bad Behaviour integration is already "no", anyway the message

Surprisingly it works correct, when I set Bad Behaviour integration = "Yes"

This makes no sense. Then again you're using an old release we no longer support and I can't remember if there was such a bug in that version :s

yes, it's strange. In my other joomla sites it works correct when bad behaviour = No
