Host: (bluehost)
Admin Tools version: (latest)

Description of my issue:

I was running simple image gallery before I installed admintools, and akeeba backup. I find notw that the thumbnail of the images in the gallery are not showing see the page link http://goo.gl/8mECx.

When I check one of the images http://goo.gl/0hBTK  I get this response :-

403 Permission Denied

You do not have permission for this request /cache/jw_sigpro/jwsigpro_cache_d9d244274e_coupon.jpg

I have checked the permissions and they are what they should be - so I am guessing that it has something to do with the Admintools WAF.

Joomlaworks has said:-  Bare in mind, that Admin Tools can fix any read/write "file" permissions on your site, to what they should be. But, if your server's "owner" permissions for files are not properly setup, in other words, if Joomla cannot perform read/write operations via PHP, then it will not work properly. Either enable the Joomla! FTP layer or better still, contact your hosting company and ask them to fix any "owner" related permission issues.

I have contacted my host 36 hours ago and have still not heard anything, I still feel it has something to do with what I have seet up in the WAF. I have had a look but I cannot find anything that looks like it might effect it.

I am hoping you can shed some light on this for me so I can get it up and running. You have been very helpful in the past.

Many thanks

Sandra

Go to Admin Tools, .htaccess Maker. In the "Allow direct access, except .php files, to these directories" list add:

cache/jw_sigpro

in a new line at the end of the list. Then click on Save and Create .htaccess. I believe that's all you need to do.
