Admin Tools version: (2.50 and 2.51)

Description of my issue:

Component Install: Custom install routine failure
Error installing component

2.44 Installs perfect.

You have PHP 5.2. Please read the release notes of the new releases as well as the message that's linked on the front page re. dropping support of PHP 5.2
