Description of my issue:

Hi Nicholas

I've exactly the same issue as in ticket 15153. After installing Admin Tools 2.5.0. I got a lot of errors about "failed deleting files in libraries\fof" but the installion is still succesfull.
After that I installed Akeeba Backup and also Cookie Confirm 2.4.4 (running on FOF 2.0). After that I can't open Admin Tools in the backend and see a white page after a while. When I go back one page I see about a hundred times in red "You're a not authorized to use this function".

It's exactly the same issue when I tried to upgrade Cookie Confirm 2.2.3 to 2.4.4 last week. Same errors during install and also no entrance to Admin Tools in the backend etc.. This had to do with the version of FOF. In my case that issue was solved when I replaced files in the Libraries\FOF-folder with FOF 1.0.

For the record, I tested this in WAMP. I hope there's a workaround to solve this issue.

Remove libraries/fof from your site

Download Admin Tools' installation package

Extract it locally

Upload the fof directory inside your site's libraries directory so that you now have libraries/fof

Please try the latest dev release from https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/developer-releases/admin-tools-professional.html If this fixes the issue I will release a new version tomorrow
