Description of my issue:

 

When I try to upgrade Admintool Pro I get:

 

Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

Message

Invalid package type. The update can not proceed.

Admin Tools Professional 2.4.4 and Admin Tools Core 2.4.4 (the latest versions at the time of this writing) install perfectly on Joomla! 3.0.3. You are trying to install the wrong package. FWIW, there's no way you are tryng to installing Admin Tools 2.4.3 on your site; that version IS compatible with Joomla! 3.0. You are probably trying to install an older release, e.g. 2.2.10, which is not compatible with Joomla! 3.0.

You are right - I installed 2.4.3 pro - it is the upgrade to 2.4.4 that returns the error...

More specifically - when I try to upgrade via Admin Tools Upgrade feature...

It's related to your other ticket. You need to press the "Refresh update information" button before trying the upgrade. This is always necessary the very first time you enter a new Download ID.
