Description of my issue:

I have just recently changed the super user id. I am trying to edit the plg_admintools as per your documentation (I am working my way through it and making changes accordingly) and get this message when I try to edit the plugin.

  • Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
  • You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#10079).

I assume this is because of the change of the user ID.  How can I overcome this problem?

Many thanks

Sandra

This is indeed a consequence of changing your user ID. You can use the Global Check-In feature of Joomla! to unlock all checked out items.
