Nicholas,

How can I upgrade my AT Pro and Akeeba Backup Pro subscriptions to your Akeeba Deluxe subscription?

Since I will be using AT Pro and AB Pro working on someone else's site (including my own sites) I will want the Deluxe subscription. I know you said I don't need to pay for an extra subscription when installing them on someone else's sites but I would rather pay something for it and get the private ticket support.

You can just go ahead and buy an AKEEBADELUXE subscription. Depending on how long you are a subscriber you will get an automatic discount. The new subscription begins the day you subscribe and expires one year after that. The previous ATPRO and AKEEBAPRO subscriptions are not deactivated, so you'll have to ignore the expiration notification emails you'll be getting when they are about to expire.
