MySQL version: 5.0.96-community
Host: serv.co.za
Admin Tools version: 2.4.4-pro
Description of my issue: I looked at the compatibility page, but couldn't work out whether Admin tools version 2.4.4 would be compatible with my version of Joomla. I wanted to use Admin tools to make updating of my Joomla version simpler and to improve security of my site. Not sure if I'll be able to use it. Could you confirm whether it will be compatible or not? Fantastico only has a newer version of Joomla 1.5 listed - not even 2.0! Many thanks

If you look at the Joomla! 1.5 row it tells you the compatibility status with
- PHP 4.x: None
- PHP 5.0: None
- PHP 5.1: None
- PHP 5.2: 2.2.x
- PHP 5.3: 2.2.x
- PHP 5.4: None
Why would you think that version 2.4.4 would be compatible with Joomla! 1.5?

Thank you for the reply. In that case, kindly send me a version of Admin Tools that is compatible with Joomla 1.5 or refund the subscription I paid as I won't be able to use the product.

As per the information in our compatibility page you have to download Admin Tools 2.2.10 from our download page. As for the refund, it will not be granted as per our refund policy to which you agreed on when subscribing to our site. The rationale is that the compatibility information is public (you don't need to subscribe to see it), the public download page for Admin Tools does state that Admin Tools 2.2.10 is the last version for Joomla! 1.5 and we do provide a contact form for pre-sales information.

Yep, 2.2.10 does work just fine. I know from personal experience :) I still have one site I manage left in Joomla! 1.5.
