Hello Everyone!

I love your extensions and just bought AT Pro. I installed it and it installed 2.4.3 and I immediately needed 2.4.4. I was refused access to the download when I clicked on step-by-step instructions for Download ID, but was able to figure that out on my own. But now when I click on update I still can't upgrade and clicking on the "Direct download URL" brings me to a "Access Forbidden" page. I am logged in. I think there may be something wrong with the permissions on your site.

Hello Bill,

I replied to your email a couple of minutes before your post. Since I'm not sure if you saw it, I will reiterate what I said there. First try logging out and back in to AkeebaBackup.com. Now go to Downloads, Admin Tools, 2.4.4 and click on Admin Tools Professional. Does it download?

If it does download then something's wrong wih the Download ID setup. Most likely you just need to click on the "Refresh update information" so that the cached update URL is renewed with the correct Download ID. If, however, you cannot download the file by directly logging in to AkeebaBackup.com then you'll have to post back here so that I can take another look at your account.
