Description of my issue:

I would like to purchase the AkeebaDeluxe package.  I already have a subscription to AkeebaPro but I want to also use Admin Tools and maybe some of your other software.  So, I am wondering if you prorate for upgrades like this?  My AkeebaPro expires on April 25th.

I purchased it just now.  When I went to check out I was surprised to see a 20 Euro discount and wondered if maybe there was a discount I was not aware of.  I also placed my 10 Euro discount code in, just in case you were giving me both discounts.  Anyhow, the discount coupon you gave me did NOT work but I paid 65 Euros because of the 20% discount so I am not complaining.  But, I did want you to know that the 20 Euro discount was there.  And, just in case... was I supposed to be getting both the 20 Euro discount and then an additional 10 Euros on top of that?  Seems almost too good to be true... But... I would certainly take it if it was offered.   :-)

You're right. You were still in the auto-discount period for AKEEBAPRO to AKEEBADELUXE upgrades as you had a little more than three months left in your subscription (this is the cut-off for the automatic discount). I guess I didn't do my date math right :)
