Description of my issue:

Feature to specify the email address from update notices.

I read in Ticket #14479 that this feature would be in the next release, and the release notes of the latest update seem to imply this feature has been added, but I cannot find it. Has this feature been added? It is a valuable feature because many developers provide superuser access to clients, but handle maintenance and updates for the clients.

It's already added. Just edit the "System - Akeeba Backup Update Emails" plugin.

Thanks. I just found it when I was looking to do the same thing for backup. Might include that in the release notes. I kept looking through the component menu => component (admin tool or backup) interface for the setting.

I will update the documentation of the update plugins. I thought I had done that already. Oops!
