Nich,

I have an off question for you.  I am trying to install a search plug-in for Alexandria Book Library.  When I do so I get a blank screen with the url being as below.  The same thing happens with the other add ons for this package.  The main installation went fine, just the add-ons are not working.
http://spidersrpgworld.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=installer&task=extract&7dc701ad544de7f619a005134df1972c=1
When I look at my server space I see that the plug-in has been uploaded to my site's tmp directory.  I would not have bothered you except that Akeeba popped up in the url.

Any thoughts?

Go to Extensions, Plug-in Manager and disable the "System - System Restore Points" plugin. The retry the installation.

As some of us older folks say here in America; you're all that and a 6-ppack to go.

Thanks and I assume I can republish SRP after I am done.

Yes, after the installation you can republish the plugin. BTW, there's always a shortcut to doing that. Before installing, scroll the installer's page further down. There is a link called "Back to standard installer". Clicking on it will get you back to the standard installer without having to unpublish the plugin. It's certainly faster and easier :)
