Description of my issue:

I receive emails for Security Exceptions with my ip address but i was not on the website...

If i look on the logs i have this (see image)

I don't know why i receive these emails because i was not logged on the site.

If you are seeing your IP address then either your computer or a computer connected on your router tried accessing your site. That's pretty much it. In the best case scenario, an application on your computer is configure to periodically fetch the contents of that URL you see in the last column. In the worst case scenario you have an intruder on your network or malware on your computer.
