Most likely you used the feature of Admin Tools which changes the Super Administrator ID. Please read the following for more information and troubleshooting advice:

I read both articles and they sound a bit 2 technical for me :(

what feature? I havent used anything that isnt installed or set by default?

can I just not only disable that feature? if yes where can I find it?

would uninstalling the component help?

Have you used the "Super Administrator ID" button in Admin Tools?

If yes, you have used it: you must follow what the articles say to restore your old administrator ID. There's a reason why this features comes with a big fat warning and asks for your consent before going on.

If no, you have not used it: your problem is not related to Admin Tools.

It states

Congratulations! You are already using a secure Super Administrator ID. Click on the Back button to return to the Control Panel page.

does this mean its used?

I have never used it (as I can recall)

I dont know the use of it :(

This means that at some point you have used it. This leaves us with the fix discussed in the documentation. Mind you, what I wrote in the documentation is the easy version of the process...
