by scanning with php file change scanner
I do not create scan report and do not see any scanned file ...
how can I do?

I AM GUESSING that you are talking about Joomla! 2.5.8 and Admin Tools Professional 2.4.3 running on PHP 5.3. You have to go to Admin Tools, PHP File Scanner and click the blue Configure button. Set the file types to be scanned to:
php
phps
php3
inc
and save the configuration. Normally that should be sufficient.
