Description of my issue:

Nicholas,

I had to have my dedicated server reformatted and the server OS reinstalled. I did a restore of my site using Kickstart.

When I was going through the AT Pro settings and features to secure my site I opened the PHP File Scanner window. Then I clicked the Configure button to see what the default settings were. The default settings were in the "File types to be scanned" and in the "Fine Tuning" sections. I did not change any settings and I clicked the "Back" icon instead of the "Save" button since I did not change anything from the defaults. When I ran the file scan no files were listed in the report. So I opened the "Configure" screen again and noticed that the defaults were missing and the setting fields for "File types to be scanned" were blank. It seems like AT Pro cleared the default settings because I did not click "Save" when I opened the configure window before.

1) Is this a bug or do I have to always click "Save" in the configure window even if I don't change anything?

2) Can you tell me what the default (recommended) settings are for the AT Pro PHP File Scanner configuration so I can reset them and run the scan?

Thanks for any advice!

1. This is a bug, I have already fixed it and the fix will be included in the next release. With a bit of luck I'll have finished the testing and do a release tomorrow.

2. The only setting you must use is the file types one. use the following:

php
php3
php5
inc

These are all the usual extensions of PHP files. The other settings, don't touch them yet. There's a bug in the configuration page and these don't save correctly. You'll have to wait for the new release to be able to save them as intended.
