I have an question about Akeeba Subscription. I signed up for the this service because I need help setting up my subscription service but now I see I am unable to submit a new ticket. 

Where may I address my question?

Hello Valerie,

You have bought an ATPRO subscription which, as stated, only gives you access to the Akeeba Backup and Admin Tools support. You need either a MINISUPPORT or an AKEEBADELUXE subscription to file a question for Akeeba Subscriptions.

Since you have not downloaded Admin Tools Pro yet, would you like me to convert your subscription to a month-long MINISUPPORT subscription instead, so that you have access to Akeeba Subscriptions support?

Yes, please do so. I read the subscription options, incorrectly. I thought I could get support for Akeeba subscriptions for a year, I did not realize that the options were for seperate programs.

Thank you.

I am still having a problem submitting a new ticket. When I go to the support page it does not allow me to create one for Akeeba Subscriptions. only for Admin Tools, backup etc...

I forgot to tell you something important: you have to log out and log back in. Otherwise Joomla! doesn't "see" the change in your access privileges.

Hello-

I have logged in and out several times of your website, but it still has not updated my access privileges. It does show that my subscription has changed but I still cannot make a ticket.
