Setup a Redirect URL, but it is not working

Joomla! version: 2.5.6, PHP version: 5.3.18, Host: Hostgater, Admin Tools version: 2.4.2

Make sure the feature is enabled. Make sure the Admin Tools plugin is enabled. If both are enabled, you've set it up wrong. Tell me your Existing and New URL.

No, that's wrong.

Existing URL (it's the page which exists BEFORE you create the redirection): /en/muslim-guides/travel-tips-etiquettes/item/996-six-tips-for-eating-halal-even-when-you-cannot-find-halal-restaurants-in-the-destination.html

New URL (it's the RELATIVE URL you create with the redirection): six-tips-for-eating-halal-even-when-you-cannot-find-halal.html

Please note that you should never include the language tag (e.g. /en/) in the redirection URL. This is removed by Joomla! when it reports the URL back to Admin Tools. You should also never use an absolute URL in the New URL field; it only works with relative URLs.
