Description of my issue:
IP gets auto-banned even though IP is entered in the whitelist.

Security exception log shows Admin Query String are reasons for the ban.

What can I do to prevent this in the future? What setting do I need to adjust?

Thanks!

You have to remove all Security Exceptions Log entries for this IP (tip: filter by IP, select all, delete). Moreover you have to go to Auto IP Blocking Administration and make sure that there are no records for that IP. If there are, delete them. Provided that you've done that and the IP is in the white list it will not get blocked anymore.
