Joomla! version: 2.5.7
PHP version: 5.3
MySQL version: 4.1.22
Host: Siteground
Admin Tools version: 2.4.1

Description of my issue:
I apologize for the confusion.

This has been quite confusing to me, but let me give details again.
Right now, I do not have a problem with access to the website, front or back. However the other super admin gets a 504 error when admin tools plugin is enabled. No problem exists when it is disabled.

You might check All-Right Web Design. to see if you have an issue.

thanks

OK, now we can take it step by step and see what's going on. Right now, I can access your site's front-end and back-end. I want you to tell me if Admin Tools' plugin was enabled or disabled not that i tested.

I want you to toggle Admin Tools, i.e. if it's enabled then disable it. Then post back so that I can check again. Ask the other administrator to check from his end as well. This will tell us if it's something we can trace or it's something between his computer and the server which is causing the issue.

I believe that the other admin's browser is doing some strange redirection, ending up in an invalid URL which triggers this issue. I would recommend enabling the plugin and having the other admin try the following:
  1. Clear his browser's cache and delete all cookies for the www.allrightwebdesign.org and allrightwebdesign.org domains from his browser's cookie storage.
  2. Access the site as http://www.allrightwebdesign.org/administrator/index.php for the back-end and http://www.allrightwebdesign.org/index.php for the front-end

If this still doesn't work, he should try using a different browser. I've see strange results with some browsers (old IE versions and newer Firefox versions), but never something like that. But who knows?

If this still doesn't work, ask him to disable his Internet security / antivirus application and retry. I've seen certain such applications causing problems to various sites (e.g. AVG Antivirus with its Complete Internet Site Annihilation... er... "Link Checker" feature) – not just Joomla! sites.
