Joomla! version: 2.5.6
PHP version: 3.2.5 without htaccess
MySQL version: 5.5.23-55
Host: hostgator
Admin Tools version: 2.4.0

Description of my issue:
when I enable .htaccess via admin tools, there is a problem with one of my modules - the css format is disappearing.

Also I have noticed that when I enable .htaccess the site become very slow. Is something related with this?
