Description of my issue:

Id like to know if there was a way to, in the custom default.page, display the following information.

1. Why they are banned.
2. When they were banned.
3. When the ban will be lifted, or indicate a permanent ban.

If so, how do I do it. If not, can that be added?
Thanks,

nicholas

No, this is not possible. No information is being passed back to that page.

1 & 2. Frankly, it'd be a very bad idea to give this kind of information. If it's actually a hacker being blocked you would be giving them the necessary information to refine their attacks against your site.

3. It's always a temporary ban, unless you manually block (blacklist) someone's IP address. Obviously you shouldn't be telling that someone that he is blacklisted or why he's blacklisted. For the rest of the people you can simply write a message like "Your IP address has been temporarily blocked for such and such minutes due to suspicious activity. If you believe you are receiving this message in error please come back to our site in such and such amount of time or contact us in such and such way" (Don't give out your email address, though! It's best to use an alternate form of contact).
