Description of my issue: Don't see this anywhere. I have the Minimum release stability for update notifications set to stable but and getting notifications for 2.4.rc1

Hello Dave,

This is a known bug affecting all previous versions of Admin Tools. They all ignore the minimum stability setting and will show all testing releases as available upgrades. This will be fixed in version 2.4.0 stable, to be released tomorrow.
