I hope you are getting a great and nice "holidays" :)
Just a question about Admin Tools. I am not in a hurry, so take your time.

I would like to customize the page by default when Admin Tools blocks somebody to access to the website (hackers, IPS banned, etc..) Is it possible?

Yes, of course. In thedocumentation page for Admin Tools' WAF look for "Show errors using a customisable HTML template". The instructions are right there :)
