Description of my issue:

Contact the support alexa, and told me the following:

Hello,
Your website is returning a "406 Not Acceptable" error to our crawler. Please ask your webmaster or IT person to correct the problem with your server so that it does not return an error to the "Alexabot" crawler.

Then contact your hosting and tell me that is related to .htaccess

What should I do in the admintools?, To correct this ;)

Neither Web Application Firewall nor the generated .htaccess can return a 406 error. This error comes from mod_security2 that your host has configured on their servers. If they don't even know how their servers work please switch hosts...
