Description of my issue:

Hello Nikko!

I was locked out yesterday so I disabled main.php and fixed it. Now the same thing has happened today.
My ISP has started floating my IP. For three years it never changed. Now it appears it could be changing daily. I can't afford what they want for a fixed IP. I haven't time to repair Admin Tools everyday. I am sure there is a simple fix but you know how it is. When you are in a hurry you just don't think clearly! : )

I turned off the bad behavior filter pending a solution.

Any Suggestions appreciated.

I was looking at other IPs of visitors blocked for bad behavior. They all looked perfectly innocent to me!
Perhaps Bad Behavior needs some fiddling.
