Description of my issue:

I paid for subscription and want to install admin tools pro. I entered the Subscription download id. But My system still reports using core.... Please advise?

It won't update automatically from Core to Professional. Log in to our site, go to the Download page and download Admin Tools Professional's installation ZIP package. Go to your site's Extensions, Manage Extensions and install the ZIP package twice without uninstalling anything before. Please note that you have to install the package twice, as this will work around an intermittent Joomla! issue where J! won't copy all Professional version's files the first time you run the package installation.
